Free Facility Calendar

Start with fields.

The Facility Calendar is free on an ongoing basis. No time limit and no trial. A club gets 2 sites and 5 pads each. Conflict-aware booking is included: overlapping times on the same pad are refused. The season plan and District cover everything else.

Facility Calendar

How the pads work.

For the club or school admin who books grass for more than one team — or more than one sport. Not a municipal booking desk.

One pad, every booking on it

Practices, games, and the half-hour someone grabbed without telling anyone. If it uses the pad, it lives on the pad.

Half and quarter practice shares

Two teams, one strip of grass. Split a pad in half or quarter for practice so the bookings do not overlap.

Invite your other field managers with a join link

Same sites. Same pads. Same calendar. Copy the join link and send it from your own email so other facility managers book against what is already there.
