These terms cover your use of tinkerandscribe.com (this website), run by Tinker and Scribe Workshop Inc. ("Tinker & Scribe", "we"), a New Brunswick company based in Elgin, NB.

Where one of our products (Kickoff, Windrow, Logdriver, Bower Learning, The Mooring Line) has its own terms, those terms apply when you create an account, start a trial, or pay, and win over these for that product.

Using this website

You may browse this site and contact us for personal or business use. Please don't try to break, overload, or get unauthorized access to it, or use the contact form to send spam.

Product descriptions and early access

Several of our products are in early access. Features, availability, and prices described on this site can change, and a product described here may not yet be available in your area or for your use. Prices shown in Canadian dollars do not include applicable taxes such as HST unless we say so.

Free plans, trials, and early-access offers last for the period stated in the offer, and each product's terms say what happens when they end.

Quotes and custom work

A quote from us is an estimate, not a binding contract, until we both agree in writing (email is fine) on the scope, price, and timing.

Our content

The text, images, logos, and product names on this site belong to Tinker and Scribe Workshop Inc. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking. Linking to our pages is always fine.

Links to other sites

We link to our product sites and to others we don't run, such as Facebook. We aren't responsible for sites we don't control.

No warranty

This website is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tinker and Scribe Workshop Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
